Here we goooo! Rolling into February with some supersets

Let’s step it up a notch now that we have a strong foundation to build off of from last months Back to the Basics
-
This month we will be focusing on adding one compound lift at the beginning of our training session that will engage multi ple muscles within the targeted muscle group. This will impact deeper muscle fibers and also stability muscles to help overall muscle development. Then, we will introduce 2-3 super-set exercises where you will perform 2 exercises back to back, no rest. This will increase caloric expenditure and continue to engage various muscle fibers to lead to increased muscle size and improved performance
