Meet Zach St Aubyn

My introduction into training started like a lot of people: high school sports. I played football and I made gaining weight a priority. I did this with unhealthy food and poor choices, but at the time I didn’t know better. In college, I continued training but made getting lean a priority and also made poor choices, including excessive amounts of cardio and low food.

As I got older, I continued to train but my weight and activity level varied from one extreme to the next. I was lean one year and overweight the next. I would complete sprint triathlons and 6 months later do nothing. This rollercoaster continued until 2012 when I injured my back. I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease at the age of 32, and three major back surgeries followed. I spent the next six years being overweight and in constant pain. I had gotten to my heaviest weight ever and my health and body image declined rapidly. I had given up and had resigned myself to a lifetime feeling terrible. This all changed on a fateful day in February 2019. I walked into the Atlas Nutrition store and my life has never been the same.  I was provided expert guidance and support on my new fitness journey. 

After a short time following my plan, I felt better and my health improved. Fast forward a year and I was in the best shape of my life. My confidence and self-discipline were sky high. Seeing what a healthy lifestyle provided for me, I quickly felt a calling to help others. I knew that many others faced similar challenges and I hoped that my transformation could show them that anything is possible. I went from overweight and in pain to competing in physique competitions in less then two years. 

I fell in love with this lifestyle and all the positives that come with it. My passions are learning and identifying new ways to benefit my clients.


There is no greater feeling than watching someone succeed. I think we are all put on earth to help others. I am incredibly lucky to be in a position to truly change lives. When one of my clients loses that stubborn body fat or increases muscle mass, the beaming smile on their face is all I need. 


I will be wildly supportive of every step of our journey together. I expect my clients to work hard and give 100 percent, while understanding that life happens. We will work as a team to improve your health, mindset, and overall well-being.  Accountability is the foundation of goal attainment and lifestyles changes is no different.
